This paper seeks evident spectrum of innovations that have no place in a service company dedicated to retail.
Specifically, from the experience of Wal-Mart, based on public information, seeks to understand the nature of innovation among companies whose activity is not manufacturing, the focus of theorizing about innovation.
It is noted that the focus of cost reduction and efficiency are central to implementation of Six-sigma and around it, a series of organizational changes
