PLAN DE NEGOCIOS PARA LA CREACIÓN DE UNAORGANIZACIÓN ENFOCADA A LA ENSEÑANZA DEL TAE KWON DO EN MÉXICO

Abstract

This project was conducted with the objective of determining the financial viability of an organization focused on education and dissemination of Tae Kwon Do in Mexico, in particular, to develop a business plan that seeks to create a school where classes of this martial discipline will be held and where the inputs required to its practice, will be sell. For this, we estimated the expected income and expenses over a horizon of 5 years. The importance of the matter is that a good business plan is critical to the success of any business. Life can be chaotic when you're starting a business and day to day management of a company often can be complicated if things are not clear, the clear direction and goals in sight; all this is achieved and orders with a good business plan. Having a business plan and sticking to it is a way to ensure the company remains on track. In addition, a business plan serves as a tool to measure the performance of the company.
