Resumen
The Seasonal Agricultural Workers Program Mexico-Canada will be studied in a content
analysis and comparative horizontally with some international conventions of the norms of
seasonal agricultural workers created by the ILO, which uses analytical categories and
make inferences from sources secondary, the result is derived from the relations,
oppositions and the context of the product under study. The study of managed migration,
aims to disseminate this type of migration, and serves as an example for other countries to
assist in developing best practice in the field of migration.
The results of this investigation based on the comparison between the two instruments
identified through content analysis is as follows: both PTAT and the conventions of the ILO
migrant workers in selected categories coincide it. But it is necessary, given the nature of
the program reviewed as to its structure and establishing the institutional mechanisms
through which to settle matters relating to the program, impartially and objectively in order
to force the program
