Resumen
This research discusses the experiences of economic stimulus implemented management in basic education. It relies on the international experiences of Chile and the United States of America (United States), emphasizing Mexico. In order to highlight the need for economic incentives for teachers in secondary level as a management strategy to boost the quality of public education.
This is a study of qualitative type, in its analytical-documentary modality, that presents information recovered on the subject “economic stimulus” from the decade of eighties to the present. The findings of this research to conclude that the experiences in the field of economic incentives have an impact with a minimal contribution to the results of students' academic performance being due to seek mechanisms which actively participate in developing the teaching of how to influence the achievement of quality education for their students.
