DISEÑO DE CATÁLOGO DE PUESTOS PARA LA SECRETARÍA DE COMUNICACIONES Y TRANSPORTES CENTRO SCT MICHOACÁN

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze and identify the jobs in the Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Transportes Centro SCT Michoacán. The most valuable aspect and base the success of any institution is the human element, motor activity and development, ensure the achievement of the objectives of the institution by planning activities, boundaries of responsibility and authority levels each of their areas. Field research was carried out using a survey of 74 workers dominated the educational level of Bachelor. Floor level independent branch of his schooling from elementary school to postgraduate. The human resources of professionals must recognize the existence of different levels within the institution and this requires one of the most important documents is the catalog of positions. Having the basic template of seconded staff, which was classified and then ranked the jobs, the result is the creation of a catalog of positions with descriptions and current functions ensure the achievement of the objectives of the institution by planning activities, coordinates of the levels of responsibility and powers of each of the areas.
