Samples of venous blood at baseline and 12 weeks of training, and measured for triglycerides, cholesterol and HDL, we determined the waist/thigh and compared between the two groups. The serum was processed by photocolorimeters techniques. Results: With regard to laboratory markers cholesterol, triglycerides (TGC), HDL and glucose in both groups showed decreses in sport is the first three indicators and increases in the past. As for the ICM in the soccer roup achieved significantly lower (p<0.01) from 1.7 to an average of 1.83 to 1.69 and the Tae Kwon Do can not be a significant decrease from 1.7 to an average of 1.65.
