ANÁLISIS EXPERIMENTAL DE LA RELAJACIÓN EN MATERIALES COMPLEJOS PLEXOPLEGABLES

Materials research of all types has been studied in different areas, so this research has been chosen to perform a deep analysis on relaxation plexoplegables materials as there are materials that can behave similar to each other, less potential applications for to test the different roles.
The research is based on analyzing first a fibrous membrane formed on a spherical, wrinkled hand through said forming is done so that examines and releases energy as it absorbs very slowly, this work is based on preliminary idea; taking into account all the parameters needed for laboratory research as temperature moisture, vibration and everything that brings together each test to make it more attached to real context to what happens with each of the specimens and their respective analysis.
The variables were analyzed as different temperature and humidity external problems that cause interference with the tests as sudden shocks, since the tests are very sensitive and very hygroscopic material.
We also performed an experimental study in light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy, to analyze the same conditions of humidity and temperature tests to obtain more conclusive results, then analyzed the experimental results with theoretical mathematical and probabilistic methods using programs (Excel and Image Pro Plus7.0) for the resolution of the investigation.
In addition there was a mechanical testing (tension) of all types of paper for the elastic modulus, yield strength stress, breaking strength, resilience and tenacity this reference in the analysis.
Note that the interest was to use the paper is its low cost and easy acquisition is that many roles are very similar is also easy to use, taking into account humidity and temperature in the environment.
This multidisciplinary approach involving different relevant areas such as mechanics, physics, chemistry, mathematics, materials science and engineering of materials for the manufacturing of paper, finishing, and distribution arrangement of the fibers and other areas of the paper itself. For a proper structuring of this work, this was defined as follows in the first chapter presents important historical reviews in the industrial, experimental and theoretical that explain the manner of manufacture, the process of paper and includes some technological developments and improvements in the quality of paper that are made before, during and just after the paper process.
It explains in simple steps should be handled as role within quality standards of the same paper with either chemical or environmental variables and the manufacturing and composition of many processes in a single material, concepts, types and explanations are denoted separately from different compounds having the paper.
Likewise in the second chapter is a general study on the compounds used in the different roles studied, identifying the size of fiber and all the physical aspects such as fiber size and advantages in using each type of paper. In the third chapter describes the experimental development and all steps in the research development and characterization of the compounds of kraft paper, Plasil, Lustre and America
Finally, evaluate the results of the proposed tests and from the experimental results and statistical developed mathematical models that describe the behavior of the papers analyzed and the properties found.
Also outlines the highlights of this research and annexes are released a few points and graphs to support more research and information evaluated data and achievements found at the end.
