| dc.description.abstract | Characterization of avocado production system in Los Reyes, Michoacán
The present investigation search for (i) to characterize the avocado production
system Atapan community, Los Reyes, Michoacán, from the perspective of
technology management and (ii) to develop intervention strategies that strengthen the
management of technology, for it is mapped onto a network of 29 avocado growers
Atapan community, Los Reyes, Michoacán With the software Key player 2, it was
calculated the four key players structuring. These actors were chosen for their
propensity to share technical, administrative, technological level (rate of adoption of
innovations) information. It was used the Social Network Analysis consists of avocado
growers, whose nature, and informal character flows of knowledge, shows levels of
articulation and dissemination based on qualitative relevant information (Zarazúa and
Avila, 2010), able to influence technological learning. The creation of a technological
package was one of the contributions of this study and to evaluate the rate of
adoption of innovations (INAI) with social network analysis was determined. It was
identified information flows and key players. The results are useful to make an
intervention strategy. | |
