PROPUESTA DE REDEFINICIÓN DE PROCESOS EN BASE A LA REINGENIERÍA EN UNA EMPRESA DE TELECOMUNICACIONES

Resumen
This paper brings some theoretical aspects related to management and other techniques
useful for business processes redefinition that represent an added value to the
organization studied. The group of techniques used to redefine processes inside an
organization from the idea that all previous effort is wrong, is named Reengineering.
Reengineering has not a large number of authors so it is not difficult to choose from
them to learn about this technique. The classic approach is presented by the most
representatives authors of the technique; nevertheless, some other approaches of this
technique are presented to apply a methodology which can lead us through the path,
which can be very long, of analyzing the current processes of the organization studied
and then start reengineering the most important business processes.
The symptoms of the enterprise studied reveal the necessity of a change, this change is
not necessary; it is vital, if the enterprise does not fit quickly to the market and become
more dynamic, it is condemned to be extinguished due the long time consumed to
develop their business, overall in a technologic market where the unique constant is the
change.
Reengineering is the way to change, it is the way towards a renew, its objective is to
lead the enterprise and put it in the place where their directives want to.
