dc.description | La mora es un fruto no climatérico que requiere de cuidado durante su cosecha, debido a la maduración no uniforme, la fermentación y a la gran sensibilidad a los daños mecánicos. La fruta fue cosechada manualmente fue seleccionada y dividida en tres grupos: control (frutos sin radiación UV-C y sin atmósfera modificada –AM-) y tratados empacados con AM (5%O$latex _{2} $ presentaron menor pérdida de peso, índice de daño extendiendo por 5 días la vida útil, comprobando el efecto de la AM como un tratamiento para la conservación de mora de Castilla sin espinas, no así la combinación de la radiación UV-C y AM. | |
dc.description | The blackberry is a non-climacteric fruit that requires care at harvest due to uneven ripening, fermentation and high sensitivity to mechanical damage. The fruit was to hand harvested, selected and divided into three groups:
control (fruits without UV-C radiation and without modified atmosphere -AM-) packaged and treated with AM (5%$latex O_{2} $-5%CO_{2} was lower compared to the other treatments. Occurred The Decrease in Brightness and Hue * increase during the days of storage. The firmness and chemical parameters (pH, soluble solids and acidity) were affected by the treatments of UV-C radiation and AM. An increase of CFU / g of total aerobic mesophilic bacteria, molds and yeasts with all treatments except with the use of AM (5%O_{2}-5%CO_{2}) was found. The fruits treated with 5%O_{2}-5%CO_{2} had less weight loss, damage index for 5 days extending the useful life checking the effect of AM as a treatment for conservation of Castilla thornless blackberry, not the combination of UV-C radiation and AM. | |
