Resumen
This proposal of study presents some questions on the implementation of the educational
politics in the public school, searching to analyze it sensible knot to perceive as a democratic
management in the pertaining to school environment happens. It brings a boarding on the
management of democratic the public school as practical, considering the national context and
the process of democratization of the pertaining to school management. When arguing the
thematic on the Brazilian context, as we have estimated basic the pertinent legislation,
through the Federal Constitution, the Law of Lines of direction and Bases of the Education
and the State Constitution. Some democratic principles are argued, the autonomy and the
participation. The Federal Constitution assures to the educational systems of education the
Democratic Management of public education and the Law of Lines of direction and Bases of
the Education evidences the principle of the participation, directive lines in the direction of
the decentralization of the school. Therefore, the public education politics appear and its new
bases demand the conception of a school manager with extended action to take care of these
proposals. From there, we point out the role of this manager front to these politics, extending
responsibilities that demands bigger preparation to it to implement them. We verify the
educational politics representation in the pertaining to school management considering the
information collected next to the members of the Managing Nucleus and the segments of the
school community, from a municipal school unit. From the interviewed ones representations,
we search to verify as the educational politics are being implemented and its meaning in the
daily one of the school.
