The synthesis of a series of β-enamines compounds
[R2C(O)CH=C(R1)NR3R4, where R2 = CF3, CCl3, CHCl2; R3/R4 = H/Ph, H/4-F-C6H4, H/CH2Ph, H/CH2CH2OH, Me/Ph, Me/n-Bu, Et/ Et, -(CH2)4-, Me/Me] from the reaction of β-alkoxyvinyl halomethyl ketones with amines in solvent free conditions is reported. This reactional conditions showed the improvement in yields, decrease in the reaction time, and low cost of the reagents. In this work it was also accomplished a study about the synthetic potential of 4-metoxy-1,1-dichloro-3-penten-2-one as a CCC block in cyclizations [3+2] with hydrazine hydrochloride, phenylhydrazine hydrochloride, semicarbazide hydrochloride, aminoguanidine hydrochloride, and dimethylhydrazine dihydrochloride to leave to a series of 5-dichloromethyl-3-methyl-1Hpyrazoles.
