This is a research that treats about the Full Time Education in Early Childhood Education of a Municipal School of Santa Maria city. Thus, it aims to comprehend the educational proposal performed for the children that stay Full Time at school. The methodology used was the qualitative approach, and the data collection was performed through semi-structured interviews. The investigation aimed the comprehension of the teaching work organization in a class of children that are Full Time at school, and also of the work performed by the school management team, in special the principalship, in the organization of the teaching work in classes of children that stay Full Time at school. It is a right of the child having access to quality education and to stay Full Time at school. However, in order to enforce the law ensuring the right to access it is necessary to ask for judicial authorization, nevertheless, unfortunately, there is no possibility of several children to continue, therefore it would be necessary the enlargement of the school spaces so that these children were not obliged to lose their link with the public school of Early Childhood Education. With the increasing number of institutions to help the children aged from zero to five years old, we could implement better quality in the assistance to the necessities of the population from the municipality. This is a long and very hard struggle of the society in favor of the defense that ensures the right to access of the children Full Time at school.
