This work presents a bibliographical research, gone back to the study on the education
administration in a democratic vision and participative. Through this study he/she tried to
emphasize the vital importance of the popular participation inside in the participation
mechanisms of the administration processes, for a significant opening of administrative and pedagogic decentralization, in the sense of the school to become an entrance space and permanence with success, serving to the ends the one that is destined, that it is of the student's integral formation, from the teachings foreseen in the curriculum to the citizen's conscious of their possibilities formation and limitations, making a historical retrospective of the Brazilian education to justify present authoritarian models still in the education. The education, as any other human activity, demands collective efforts for the good development of the actions. In a fast trip for the humanity's history, it is noticed, that as they are going happening transformations economical, social and politics he/she also appears the need to perfect the administrative processes, with the school it is not different, because it is a company without lucrative ends, but it aims at to reach the student's improvement, transforming him/it in citizen.
