This article aims to reflect and review the representations that teachers have on the training courses and their influence on teaching practice and how the teacher can oportunizar through an education of real quality to enable their students to develop in their potential and abilities. The data for analysis were obtained through questionnaires educators applied to the network of state and municipal city of San Borja.Constatou is that some teachers ignore the changes necessary to develop inclusive practices while others accept the challenge and go in search of training required to act in inclusive education.
