This research aims to present the Soka Education and its contributions to a democratic school management from the observations and analysis of projects carried out in a private school in the municipality of São Paulo. The Soka Education was created by Professor Tsunesaburo Makiguchi in 1930, when it published his most important book: "Education for a Creative Life", showing his ―Theory of Value‖, with a mission to awaken in each human the awareness of the inner potential of creating value in society. The pedagogy Makiguchian and Heloisa Luck´s approach, suggest a reform in the actions of pedagogical toward a democratic school management, confronting theory and practice, not allowing it to exhaust the possibilities regarding the pursuit of a quality education and for all. The theory of value is being put into practice through the establishment of Soka Education System, founded by Daisaku Ikeda, which includes schools and universities in Japan and America. Ultimately, was possible to confirm that the school investigated is promoting the participation of all in the planning and execution of projects harmoniously through dialogue.
