A terceirização e os meios de instrumentalização ideológica do capitalismo

Abstract

The present work deals with the historical process of construction of outsourced labor relations in Brazil, in the space between the advent of the third Industrial Revolution and the entry into force of Law 13.429 / 2017. The objective of this study is to analyze the evolution of capitalism combined with the use of the force of economic power of employers. In this context, the choice of research object is justified to the extent of the need of contemporary society to struggle against the precariousness of labor conditions in outsourcing, based on the antagonistic relationship between Law and Power. To do so, it is necessary to use the method of deductive approach, methods of historical and comparative procedure, documentary research technique, primary order, appreciating bills, ordinary / complementary laws, relative technical notes, and research technique bibliographical, for the collection of doctrinal contributions of several authors covering the object of the research. In the course of the work, in the face of the analysis of the capitalist system's implications in conjunction with its interplay of interests manipulated by its ideological instrumentalization, one concludes that the perpetuation of capitalism over time is due to the rupture of the political-social system to the it exercises a determinant moral, responsible for the dictates of society.
