I intend with this article to offer subsidies to the schools to extend its
knowledge on the difference of its pupils. This attitude becomes necessary and
urgent, due to presentation of different behaviors observed and, not understood for
the majority of the professionals of the education, of how to act with the pupils with
diagnosis of Upheaval for Opposition and Syndrome of the Panic, associates to the
learning difficulties. The analysis of the subject will have as methodological resource
the bibliographical research in Ballone (2002), Barros (2003), Serra-Pinheiro,
Schimtz, Mattos & Souza (2004) Rotta, Ohlweilert & Riesgo (2006), Rivero (2007) e
Scarpatto (2007). It was looked to search authors who had written pertinent
workmanships to the subject, to elucidate the importance to describe the differences
of the pupils with Upheaval for Opposition and Syndrome of the Panic, in the
acquisition of the learning front its colleagues, professors and familiars. It evidences
then that the school must provide new boardings about the evaluations and
promotions of the pupils, making with that, they also feel responsible for their
emotional, personal and academic acquisitions, guaranteeing them the right of
belonging, stimulating friendships, negotiating conflicts, that will cause in the selfknowledge,
which will provide or guarantee their place in the group, culminated thus
the final stage of the adaptativo process.
