Contribuições da gestão educacional para uma práxis pedagógica mais humanizadora no ambiente escolar

This work has as objective to contribute to the integral formation of the high school student, through a more humanizing pedagogical praxis in the school space. It is a qualitative research, exploratory case study type (YIN, 2015), parsed as the proposal of Yin (2015). The theoretical support, by authors such as Freire (1967, 1983, 1987, 2001), Libâneo (2001), Ferreira (2018), Luck (2000, 2005, 2017), among others. For data collection, semi-structured interviews were conducted with the direction, educational guidance and six teachers from high school, a College of Private Network in the municipality of Santa Maria/RS. The a result, it was observed that the teacher is essential in building a humanizing and specific knowledge to do this, it is necessary that he understand yourself as a human being, and apprentice, able to see the student how to be unfinished, permeated by reason and emotion. Thus, it is concluded that a humanizing high school Praxis happens when managers do not arise only as disseminators of the contents, but, above all, when they consider the students in your entirety. The specific expertise aligned with human formation assume a social function, transforming, however when enable students to compete in external evaluations after high school, but also awaken in them the sensitivity, respect to others, empathy, ethics and the ability to humanizing each other.
