In this monograph on Specialization in Teaching in Early Childhood Education I present the path covered and the challenges experienced as supervisor, seeking to understand the needs of the group of children, teachers, community, based on a proposal of organization of spaces in a municipal school of Early Childhood Education, Santa Maria / RS, which considers the environment as an educational medium. With a qualitative approach, this action research emerged from the collective demands based on the need for organization and modifications in the school spaces, thus requiring the elaboration of a proposal that was embraced by the group and generated significant transformations from the training meetings, studies and actions Developed. The objective of this work is to reflect on the processes experienced with the group of teachers and managers on the organization of spaces in Early Childhood Education. My records, minutes of meetings, photographs and moments of study were the references that made possible the elaboration of the reflections that are presented here and considered valid to be shared, and that constitute my diary (ZABALZA, 2004). Thus, this shared process resulted from the planned intentions of the adults (teachers, managers, employees and families), who sought to organize and make available to the children opportunities and possibilities that guided the experiences and encouraged original interpretations, new, sometimes even different Of those that the space was proposed to realize in the first moment.
