Gestão escolar e os avanços tecnológicos: a utilização pedagógica do computador e da internet no ensino médio

The research analyzes the role of school management through advances in
technology and how it happens the educational use of computers and the Internet at
school, whereas the arrival of technology in schools requires educators to search for
new knowledge. The methodology employed was the case study. Questionnaires were
applied to the management team, teachers and students of Central High School
Tiradentes, Palmas TO.
Data analysis favored a greater understanding about the use
of technological resources in school and showed that the school presents itself as a
space where diverse interests prevail, and that the systematic use of technology in
schools depends on the commitment, recognition and investment school management,
pupils and teachers to management team to align interests and seek together,
promoting the effective use of technology. In this perspective, it was found that the
factor that hinders the educational use of computers and the internet at school is the
lack of awareness about the relevance of using these media in school practice by
educators, so that they can be used as teaching resources. Therefore, the analysis
showed that the change in how students perceive the use of the Internet and use this
as a pedagogical tool depends on the positioning of the management team, teachers
and, you resize the form as the school administration works toward the use technolog
in school.
