Implementação de um método de análise de imagens para integração da intensidade de raios X espalhados em uma câmera de Debye-Scherrer

In the present work was developed a method for digital image analysis to execute the integration of the x-ray intensity dispersed in a camera of Debye-Scherrer. A software for digital images analysis of the dispersal pattern was implemented, which reads the intensity of the pixels of the digital images of the dispersal patterns and the sum of the corresponding values proceeds along roads that are in the same dispersal angle. In relation to other software developed for this end, the sum along the line of intersection of the cone of dispersed radiation with the cylindrical film allows the correction of the integrated intensity taking into account the fraction of the angle solid sampled for the photographic film. This software was developed in Java programming language, wich allowed the construction of a friendly graphic interface, facilitating the entrance of data for the user, and turning her intuitive. The result is presented in the form of a graph of the intensity integrated in function of the dispersal angle, as in the form of tables of the values of the dispersal angles and their respective integrated intensities. The user still has the option of saving those data under the form of characters ASCII so that they can be processed by other software of numeric analysis.
