Workers trade in their professional activity are exposed to a number of factors that can lead to bouts that will influence your health and consequently the occupation. The research conducted is transversal, descriptive with quantitative approach. We used the QNSO (Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire) for data collection. The objectives include verifying the prevalence of painful symptomatology in workers trade, identify the body regions with the highest incidence of pain and analyze the profile of employees relating to the symptomatology. 147 employees of a chain of stores, of both sexes, with a mean age of 22.33 years ± 3,13x10-8 since participated the study. The sample included 30 administrative staff and 117 technical officials sellers. The anatomical location of musculoskeletal disorders over the cervical spine that was reported by 70% of subjects, followed by the lumbar spine, reported by 69% of them. The results indicated that the vast majority (93.8%) of respondents had pain symptoms in the last 12 months, and among the 117 shopkeepers sellers, only 8 (6.8%) denied any symptoms of pain in the last 12 months.
