Uma abordagem da gestão escolar sobre as dificuldades de aprendizagem na escola

Based on realized researches, was evidenced who many teachers have a deficiency on understanding about difficulties on learning and difficulties on do formation courses. The present study searched to analyze how the teachers of an elementary school in the public system, works issues surrounding the learning difficulties. For this purpose we used a qualitative research case study type, conducted through a questionnaire with five teachers, a supervisor and one representative from the 8th Regional Education Coordination (in portuguese Coordenadoria regional de educação, CRE). The issues dealt make us reflect on how important are a school structure supported by democratic values that prioritize working together with parents, students, teachers, management team, community and government to assist teachers to deal with cases of difficulties in learning of their students. The pedagogical political project of the school was part of the study in question, and also analyzed documents, the performance of the teacher and management team, budgets for, the participation of various segments in conjunction or opposition to practices democratic of inclusion as well as the supervision of governing bodies (in particular CRE), relating to educational administration in the context of this problematic at school. So we realize how essential public policy that support school management, both financially as well as intends to help the training of professional teachers.
