Mobilidade urbana: o caso da cidade de Passo Fundo - RS

The object of this case study is the mobility of the town of Passo Fundo-RS in the midst of urban development and aims to provide practices with respect to education projects in traffic, aiming to show the benefits obtained with the implementation of new technologies for traffic with the proper functioning of traffic lights, reducing accidents, congestion, and the social cost of building sustainability, strengthening citizenship, through various sectors of society, to achieve the maximum capacity of bottlenecking traffic making sure the road system to drivers and pedestrians. Cities that have an effective management of their intersections, especially semaforizadas, since the effective control of traffic lights in town is a fundamental activity for the urban traffic management, will ensure a better road system, which will return in benefits to the community in general. With greater security, ease and comfort in the air everyday, from home to work, from work to school, and so contributing to improving the quality of life. Therefore, it is understood that for a match between the society and conservation of roads, human beings will inevitably have to undergo a rehabilitation that actually occurs due protection.
As a possible solution to face these issues, is the priority for developing tools that enable the practice of public action for development. But it is worth noticing that the traffic is more than a problem of Secretaries of Security and the Departments of Transportation, is a matter of behavior change and education.
