Given the importance in maintaining effective communication between employees in the workplace, as well as good relationships, this study aimed at analyzing the influence of communication, its success and / or its setbacks and interpersonal relationship in the administrative sectors of the company XYZ. We used it for a case study with a questionnaire to 55 employees of the administration building, where initially it was possible to identify the percentage of agreement and disagreement of the same in relation to the variables investigated, ie, communication and interpersonal skills . It was found that the communication is weak, particularly as regards exchange of appropriate information and good quality, use of meetings and lack of willingness of people to pass on information. Also notable was that there is a division of knowledge among colleagues, and each eventually hold more information than others. Thus, by identifying these obstacles, we have characterized the weaknesses and strengths in communication between sectors of the administrative area. One can show that a larger number of weaknesses were identified, for which went to most of the attention of research and suggestions raised. Upon the findings of the employees can be assumed that communication plays some role in interpersonal relationships, because as comments, not the relationship between people with no communication. From the study it is evident that the company needs to communicate more appropriate to maintain the efficient flow of information in their processes. This showed that communication also influences the relationship of people in the workplace.
