The study looks to get technical-scientifc subsidy consistents and specifics in the adolescence and child area in the meaning of a better understanding of the drugs phenomenom and the way how the literature have been advanced in comprehension of the problem and their possible clashes. The developed themes understand a series of approaches, includes the childhood, the adolescence, the familiar context of a teenager, issue of violence, drugs use and abuse and the infraction. In the end, it looks to amplify reflections in the meaning of the attention to adolescence so they can become disentailed of drugs, crimilality and freedom privation, in order to look for new experiences, private and subjective manners that remit for a self-caution attitude, entail they to a new life’s projects and future perspective.
