Análise da instituição de um colegiado gestor no enfrentamento em uma situação de desastre

Resumen
We conducted an exploratory qualitative study, aiming to examine the
purpose, function and operational dynamics of a manager named Collegiate
Management Group Care Victims (GGCV), established in coping with a disaster
situation before occurred in January 2013 in the town of Santa Maria, Rio
Grande do Sul, a member state of the Brazilian Federation. The study subjects
comprised professionals from the field of public health management. Data
collection took place in the month of November-December 2013 The thematic
categories that emerged after analysis were: (1) The demand for a
Management Board; (2) The formation of meaning of an Administration
Committee; (3) The intersectoral and technical cooperation; (4) The task force
in health care; (5) Learning to work in care network and lines of care; (6) The
operating dynamics of the Administration Committee. The context of this study
involves the role of the Regional Health and the State Center for Health
Surveillance (CEVS) in facing the disaster, thus justifying the study in this
production of scientific knowledge and its correlation teaching and service.
These facts have taken on a meaning of greater relevance to the researchers of
this study, because it is resident of a Multidisciplinary Residency Program with
emphasis in Health Surveillance in the process of training and performance in
the field of a CRS. The content analysis allowed us to infer that the Manager
Board used as a management device aimed operationalize continuity of care
victims nears the guidelines of National Policy of Humanization, the relevance
of intersectoral and interagency working, production networks of health.
