In view of the whole situation related to mouth care, the objective of this study was to analyze the rate of people who have tooth decay, pulled teeth and restored teeth and periodontal conditions of Indian population from Toldo do Serrinha, at Ronda Alta/RS, as well as other factors related to the mouth situation of the Indians. For that, the information of bookmark 4 were studied - Individual dentistry bookmark of FUNASA, Ministry of Health, firstly filled to the attendance of patients, who have as a goal keep the local control of the attendance done and the clinical history of the user. 280 medical records were analyzed, in which 644 healthy periodontal sextants, 385 sextants with bleeding, 361 with dental calculus, 26 with periodontal bags from 4 to 5 mm, 02 with periodontal bags with more than 6 mm or more and 225 mm excluded sextants. It was still checked, 4577 healthy teeth (without decay), 1161 teeth with decay, 1110 pulled teeth because of decay, 516 recovered teeth without the presence of decay, 191 recovered teeth with the presence of decay, 176 pulled teeth, 52 pulled teeth for other reasons, 10 teeth without decay that have trauma or fracture and 04 teeth with sealant. The analysis of these information has as objective to find a planning searching care lines and ways of working with the community, searching better mouth conditions, searching to reach the groups that have bigger risk to develop diseases, with special emphasis in relation to children, instituting the habit of developing the mouth self-care.
