The present work search to deepen the discussion around the teaching in the Lipman's Program and its relationship with the formation of the professional of education most critical, reflexive formation, free purely of scientifical conceptions. The study discusses the educational formation proposed by the program in the sense that it is comes a lot of times arrested to forms and models that it maintains the teacher in an alienating condition. In that way the present work if it anchors in the habermasian theory should allow the opening to the dialogue, as form of reformulating the problem under the perspective of analysis of the theory of the communicative action. The theoretical bases of that hermeneutic work are in the reconstruction undertaken by Jügem Habermas and Matthew Lipman so that she can analyze and to deepen the knowledge in an illustrious way. Front this reality, it is advisable discuss again the teaching of the Lipman's program, not in the sense of denying it, but of reconstructing it, without utilitarian and merchandising intentions, in the search of new references for the teaching.
