Bullying is considered the most common type of violence in schools, and can be manifested in different ways, through the internet and also in educational institutions, where it consists of verbally and physically assaulting the victim, causing physical consequences, emotional and psychological. In view of this, this research aimed to investigate the measures taken by school management to solve and eradicate school bullying situations, through bibliographical research with a qualitative approach, and analyzed texts and scientific articles on violence school and bullying in schools as well as the concept of school management, in which it was concluded that in educational institutions it is necessary that school administrators and all those involved in school, from employees to staff be vigilant for the proper monitoring and supervision of school violence cases, bullying, both in the classroom and in the educational institution's premises. The families of the students involved, both bullying and bullying victims, must actively participate in the child's performance at school and may even help to report possible cases of violence from the student's behavior in the family. School management together with the community working together for quality education can also be the main tool for solving and eradicating bullying situations in educational institutions.
