O plano de outorga florestal e a concessão de florestas públicas mediante manejo florestal sustentável

Abstract

The environment is essential to a healthy quality of life of all and any citizen; basic principle for human dignity. For this reason, there is Annual Plan for Forest Bestowal (PAOF), whose fundamentals enable society and public and private entities involved the concession of public forests by prior bidding, since met the prerequisites, which are established before the bidding process begins, in order to comply with the provisions hereafter imposed by the contract signed between the parties. It is the manner in which the aim is sustainable development through the exploitation of natural resources and in a controlled and conscious services. Thus allowing that the next and future generations have access to the same diversity that today there is so abundance and easily. Thereby man becomes legally explore, alongside State, areas that were previously not exploitable and in an alternative way begins to reduce deforestation and the removal of native vegetation, as occurred mainly in the Amazon biome, keeping the vegetation too necessary for the distribution of moisture and maintenance of species, both flora and fauna, and all the biodiversity existing in there. The present research will be conducted through the deductive method of approach, together with the methods of statistical and functionalist procedure.
