This monograph presents the investigation of a municipal school of Secret / RS during the period 15 to 30 October. With the theme "The School Management Faced with the challenge of indiscipline." The research aims to identify suggested and / or made by the teachers and staff coordinator forward to indiscipline among students taking specific objectives Actions: Analyze situations of indiscipline in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education; recognize the main causes of indiscipline in the school context.
The methodology is qualitative approach with the purpose to analyze and assist in research and data collection and appropriate for the understanding of the topic information process.
Have become aware that issues related to indiscipline constitute a major challenge being that through democratic management can minimize it. Through this, is the school, the responsibility to plan actions aimed at bringing families and schools allowing effective participation of the community, with a view to students' learning. The results obtained indicate that this management goals seeking to minimize the challenge of indiscipline, but not up to the school, is a task for all parents, administrators, teachers, students and the entire school community.
