Memórias da residência na atenção básica/estratégia saúde da família: foco na formação

Abstract

This study is about the experiences produced during the two years of training in a Multi professional Residency Program in Primary Care, at Family Health Strategy services in the city of Santa Maria, RS. Subjective and collective memories of the residence are related to some cases and respective constructions, as well as challenging situations during the formative process of a group of residents. The operationalization of this essay consists of an operation of thoughts about the experience and the creation of a narrative in which elements related to the conception of health, education and daily life interact, including professionals and users of the public health system. The value of humanization of care and of light technologies in health work processes is recognized. The Unified Health System is a fertile field for human formation (expanding our capacities for action and reflection in the world) and Basic Care is a profitable scenario for professional qualification (effective creation of the spaces of action involved).
