In this paper, I seek to understand the emergency of displacement of schools organization practices, centralized in operations of disciplinary normalization to practices centralized in actions of bio-political normalization, and its effects in schooling of deaf people. The materiality used for this analyze was incorporated by different registers of schools practices, from daily books, reports and curricula dated since 1963. To analyze this materiality, I started with the assumption that all discourse produces practices, subject and truths, and that this discourses result from events that give conditions to enable its emergency.
Thereby, I analyze discursive productions being in these documents to comprehend movement of school organization forms and its effects in educations of deaf people, in both moments. It was possible to perceive that an action centered in normalization/correction and production of deaf people able to develop audition and speech, we passed in contemporaneity age, produce actions of normalization of this person through creation of naturalization conditions for introduce his presence on school. These conditions passed mainly by official sign language and of legal forecast of an interpreter on classes. This movement has as matrix of rationality the neo-liberal govern mentality, starting from implementation of strategies bio-political put into practice to promote security of population.
