A utilização do sistema de registro de preços nas licitações do poder judiciário gaúcho, no ano de 2009

Abstract

This work presents an analysis about Prices Register System used by the Judiciary of the State of Rio Grande do Sul, during the year of 2009. The text shows a literature review followed by the data analysis. The main purpose of this work is to verify if the Prices Register System brought resources economy. At last it was concluded that the analysis between the calculated prices and the paid prices isn’t sufficient to identify if the economy resources happened. It is necessary to consider other facts, like transaction costs.
