Gestão escolar: uma análise da gestão democrática desenvolvida no âmbito da rede pública municipal

This paper presents some reflections on the school management under the horizon of democratic principles. In this sense, the research aims to examine how the manager enables the process of democratic management inside the school routine. For a comprehensive analysis of the theme, the research relies on qualitative approach using ethnographic study in an attempt to deepen so reflective and critical processes involved in democratic school management. The theoretical contributions of research to bolster the studies of Lück (1996), Gold (2001), Paro (2006), Lebanon (2001) and some laws that introduce school management based on the principles of democracy. From the perspective of an intersubjective work, the action turns to the project manager training, breaking with bureaucratic forms, rigid and authoritarian school organizations. In contrast, seeks to promote channels in their actions guided by reflective processes in the pursuit of training and self-critical subjects.
