Resumen
This project was developed for the control of a system of coordinated axes that allows the movement of a tire through step motors. The system aims at stacking ferrite plates of different sizes by means of routines preprogrammed to build cores of small transformers. For this, a technique called microstepping in step motors will be employed, in which a mechanical step is again divided into even smaller steps by exact control of the current in the motor phases. The high-frequency control pulses will come from the Arduino Mega microcontroller and will be responsible for the speed of rotation, Position in the axes, direction of rotation and activation of the motors. The system will be constituted by three distinct operation blocks, these being: generation of command pulses; isolated amplification circuit and stepper drive circuit. Three AK23 / 15F6FN1.8 engines from Akiyama Motors, which have a winding resistance of 1.0, an inductance of 2 mH and a maximum phase current of 3 A, are used for the design, producing a torque of 15
kgf.cm. Each motor has 200 steps per revolution, which will be increased through the microstepping technique.
