The Enterprise Social Responsibility appeared as reply to the increasing requirements
of the consumers in relation to the organizations and its performance in the market, making
with that the companies were besides being only one economic agent with the mission to
produce wealth, but also a social agent who must give accounts to the acionistas, employees,
citizens. To evidence and to divulge all the social information will be able to use, for example,
the social rocking therefore, the companies cannot only search the profit attainment, but they
must, also, fulfill with the inherent obligations to the society, such as preservation of the
environment, the creation and maintenance of jobs, the quality of the goods and services,
among others, to guarantee the continuity of the company. The social responsability comes
being used for great companies who demonstrate, beyond ethical an performance and
comprimetida, a great competitive advantage, also for organizations of small average e
transport.
