Reflexos da violência doméstica na escola: um desafio para o gestor escolar

This study aims to examine how general managers Municipal School Adelmo Genro Simas, face the cases of children victims of domestic violence who come to school. The study was carried out under the imprint qualitative approach and focus on the case study, with the method of data collection questionnaire. The collaborative research was a teacher, educational coordinator and guidance counselor. For the theoretical framework were used as authors: Azevedo (1984), Libâneo (2011), Luck (2000), Maturana (2002) (2008), Minayo (2001) Ricotta (1999), among others. . Through data analysis it was noted during the survey a constant evasion of questions and answers in deep objectivity, it demonstrates the complexity of the subject, and especially the lack of knowledge of it by this teacher and these managers. I found that even the surveyed saying they felt prepared to face the cases of children who arrive at school Domestic violence victims, they do not know whether to conceptualize the term domestic violence, as also lack knowledge about everywhere complaints. But feel important in helping these children. Importantly, perhaps managers and teacher judge is prepared to participate because of constantly continuing education courses in the area searched.
