O fracasso escolar e a gestão educacional: um desafio

Abstract

Considering the educational management, a working steady progress of reality, elucidated here, one of the issues most discussed by the supervisors, which is the escolar. Notoriously failure is the lack of success and how to seek educational activities for their walk to the attainment of goals. Therefore, the first chapter talks about the educational and school management by placing the direction of the pursuit of educational goals required for the pedagogical practices successfully. The second chapter explains the variables in this process trying to explain what is the failure to identify the causes and the influence of the family. The third chapter highlights the everyday school life to teaching as showing the student-teacher relationship, teaching project and theories that can minimize failure. And the fourth chapter in order to enlarge the view of the problem and ways brings happen through this qualitative research elements extracted using a questionnaire for students and teachers in two schools. For interpretation of the responses we used the method of content analysis. It was concluded that the failure must be sought in the democratic management as success and successful experience within the Pedagogical Political Project.
