the aim of the study is to know what has been published about the nutrition of active workers in nutrition services. Method: It is an article of theoretical reflection on food condition of workers in the area of nutrition in relation to the management process. Results: The speeches show history prevalence of overweight among active workers of Food and Nutrition Units. Conclusion: the result of the review conducted with the population of employees, assets of the Food and Nutrition Unit shows the need for actions to employees by modifying their nutritional status through preventive interventions and educational character in individuals. However a further deepening of the state of health of workers in general so you can have a greater role as manager and propagator of health is required.
