Aspectos negativos e positivos da implantação dos sistemas de informação em saúde

Abstract

The present work aims to describe the main health information systems, their positive and negative aspects, listing their main difficulties of implantation and their use. We used a bibliographical research of articles, texts and dissertations taken from Lilacs, SciELO and Medline bases, related to the computerization of SUS, information systems and their implementation. Through the study it was verified that it is essential the computerization of the single health system to meet the principles of public administration and for greater transparency of the services and resources used in public health. The amount of Family Health Strategy existing in the municipalities is insufficient for the population coverage, causing an overload of care. It is necessary to observe the main positive aspects found in the municipalities that have succeeded in the implementation of the systems, as well as to correct the failures of the negative aspects of the municipalities studied.
