This work analyzes and contemplates about the knowledge and the teachers of the schools of agricultural teaching of the area of the missions actions on the change of the model difusionista for the one of the sustentabilidade, taking in consideration the historical process and the challenges front to the new ones presupposed scientific and technological and its repercussions about the formation
for sustentabilidade. Inicialmente, made herself a bibliographical rising regarding you fear it involved with the problem, focusing with prominence the rural education the difusionismo and the sustentabilidade. Later on a field study was accomplished in which participated the teachers of the agricultural schools of the area of the missions different pictures, where he worked him with samples that approached 70% of the teachers' universe. Of ownership of the data it was possible to visualize a reading of the moment in that meet these schools.Com base in the exposed they were pointed suggestions that contributed to shorten it it distances and the time where you/they can happen practices pedagogic that make possible the maintainable processes.
