dc.description.abstractThis conclusion of course work, is the result of theoretical research, and working with managers and schools in the city of Mormaço. Rescue work in this aspect "Bolsa Familia and the challenges facing the educational administration. " This survey of teachers, pupils and parents with the main objective of analyzing whether the student actually goes to school to study or to reach one of the counterparts (conditionalities) from the Bolsa Família Program (PBF), the rule imposed to receive the benefit. Also discusses aspects of educational policy, the question of authority in school the relationship between teacher and student. The selection of beneficiaries, conducted by a questionnaire containing the information about the recipient, and it has the responsibility of compliance (attendance, health) and participation in social programs. To conduct the study performed a literature review, review of legislation pertaining to official documentation, and semi-structured interviews with City Manager Mormaço.
