Comercialização de software em plataforma mobile: um estudo de caso aplicado ao Android

With the advent and increasingly fast incorporation of mobile devices in our daily life, the e-commerce of applications for such platforms is gaining evidence. Platforms for mobile devices offer apps stores through which it is possible transfer and install content and applications in the devices. This new scenario creates opportunities for companies which develop software, challenging the manager of information technology to follow this new way of commerce. Through this work it is intended to do a study on the operation and the requirements to commercialize applications in platforms for mobile devices. The official stores of the three major platforms will be studied: Android, iOS e Windows Phone. A case study will be conducted with the virtual stores of the Android platform. Through this case study it is intended to develop an Android application and publish it in different webshops of applications selling (Google Play, Amazon Apps e Samsung Apps). Throughout the work it will be reported the steps and requirements for software sales in such platforms, as well as aspects related to sales management. It is intended this way to build comparative charts, highlighting the differences found in the different ways of commercialization as well as possible difficulties found.
