Estudo de viabilidade econômica e técnica para a implantação de uma indústria de embutidos em Santa Maria/RS

Abstract

The preparation of a detailed plan for industrial unit built in the city of Santa Maria / RS aimed to determine the economic and technical feasibility to support the decision making of the founders and provide security at the time of setting up the business. The methodology consisted of a market survey, with questionnaires, in identify in the optimal size and location factors, in the description of the processes and the equipment and materials needed, in the quantitative survey of costs and revenues and the financial and economic rubric through deterministic methods such as payback, IRR and break even analisys . The results showed hat the industrial project economically feasible, providing income for the entrepreneur and return invested capital over estimated period of 5.5 years.
