Resumen
This study seeks to present the area of human resources’ structure, pointing out its importance in the organizational context. To achieve this goal, I present the “sub” systems and strategic vision of human resources. The research seeks to check how the politics and human resources management practices are being used within a municipal hospital institution. This research followed qualitative research, through a case study, method. The informations analyzed were collected by theoretical reference, secondary data, field observation and semi-sctructured interviews. The main conclusion suggests it is necessary that the institution needs to improve its politics and practices in the human resources’ field, it would allow more autonomy and confidence for the institutions’ professionals.
