A importância da família no contexto escolar: desafios da gestão

The present work seeks to present the research carried out in a Municipal School of Primary Education, of Itaara Municipality / RS, regarding the manager 's challenge in bringing the family closer to the school. The problem of this work consisted in knowing which factors may be collaborating to hinder the permanent articulation between school and family. In this sense, this project was characterized mainly by the importance given to the way in which this school carries out its management process; the qualitative research was carried out through interviews, which were analyzed to construct the results. In this way, some objectives were identified: Identify what challenges are faced by school management to provide a participatory relationship with the school community, valuing affective bonds, evidencing their importance in the act of educating; and Investigate, together with the subjects involved in the research, which changes could collaborate with an effective involvement between family - school management - student. This analysis took place through studies of conceptual deepening, in addition, two teachers participated, the director and the pedagogical coordinator of the school. Finally, this work made it possible to verify that professionals who assume the role of managers in an institution, in addition to liking new challenges, must be responsible, committed and concerned about the whole, so that the school can achieve results regarding collective respect and affective acceptance within the school context.
