This study proposes to perform the organization of a narrative about the formation process of the supportive matrix, this considered like human resource for the Health System, in a Multidisciplinary Residency Program. To this there was the collection of data (narrative fragments) in two different moments. The first is a documentary analysis of the productions of subjects generated from an intervention project aimed to systematize the experiences and meanings that the process of working residents in family health in the first group of PRMISPS / UFSM-RS, order to allow to the subjects an opportunity for reflection and records about their individual and collective experiences. The second stage is constituted by semi-structured interview that addresses issues concerning the operation of matrix support in this Family Health Residency Program. For the composition of the study used the proposed use of narrative as qualitative research methodology by Onocko and Furtado (2008), studies of Paul Ricoeur on Time and Narrative (1994), as well as assumptions Mapping Method (PASSOS, 2009). For writing the narrative, held its division into three themes, namely: Entanglement and Strangeness; Suffering and Learning and Emergence of subjects involved. Since for this study specifically addressed to the research material contained in the first issue: Entanglement and Strangeness. Believed to have been possible to address the issue of subjectivity in human resource training, seeking to transform the story potential in storytelling, giving voice to individuals responsible for the operationalization of the methodologies. Concluding, this article expected to have done justice to human temporality through the narrative of this "intense time".
